Flynn, G.  (2012).  Gone Girl.  New York, NY:  Random House, Inc.  419p.  ISBN 978-0-307-58836-4.

Summary:  Nick Dunne's beautiful wife has gone missing and he is the prime suspect.  However, there is more to the sketchy circumstances than the police, the media, and even the reader realize.  Through Amy Dunne's diary entries and Nick Dunne's thoughts, information is revealed that may or may not have a significant impact on the mystery. Both characters reveal questionable attitudes, motives, and actions that keep the reader jumping back and forth between support for one and then the other.  Every character is suspicious.  Soon the police will arrest Nick for his wife's murder, or will something more sinister                                   arise?  Find out in this suspenseful novel with never-ending plot twists that the reader never expects.
